Terms of Service

Draft placeholder — this text has not been reviewed by legal counsel and should not be treated as a final or binding document. It exists so the required sections are structurally in place ahead of real legal review.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing events, or purchasing a ticket or registration on Passqo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What Passqo Is

Passqo is a platform that lets organisers create and publish events — free, paid, or donation-based, in-person, online, or hybrid — and lets attendees discover, register for, and pay for those events. Passqo is not the organiser of any individual event and is not a party to the relationship between an attendee and an event's host.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.

4. Tickets, Registrations & Payments

Ticket and registration prices are shown in full before checkout — no hidden fees. Payments are processed by Stripe; Passqo does not store your full card details. Once an order is confirmed, ticket issuance and refund eligibility are governed by the individual event's stated refund policy and applicable consumer law.

5. Resale

Where an event permits resale, listings are capped and split between the seller, the organiser, and Passqo as shown at the time of listing. Reselling tickets outside of Passqo's resale marketplace where prohibited by an organiser is a breach of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use bots or automated means to purchase tickets, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Passqo provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for losses arising from an event's cancellation, postponement, or conduct, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law.
